Additional Driveway Approved by City of Troy

A second exit from the parking lot has been approved by City of Troy. The new exit to Cole-broke will reduce the traffic congestion at Rochester Road Exit and the exit will reduce this traffic impact to an acceptable level of service by adding more safety and by installing auto regulated exit gate, turning to left only with additional traffic signals. The detail of Engineering design and estimation with the permit are placed inside the Masjid for any one to review.

The total cost of this exit (surveying, excavation, silt fence for soil erosion, trenching, drain pipe, Lift Master gate with control, with 3 induction loops, crushed stone & concrete, landscaping , remote control etc.) will be estimated approx. US$32,000.0. This driveway will cross over a detention pond of 30 ft wide near the Cole-brook road. The detail of Engineering design and estimation with the permit are placed inside the Masjid for any one to review. It took almost 9 months for NIMA GROUP LLC to get approval from the various approving organizations.

Make Jamiah Masjid of Troy Free From Loan

Masjid (JMT) & Community Cafe (Sakura) are the property of Adam Community Center (Adam CC) to worship Allah Subhanawatalah as the real owner. Adam CC has availed interest free loan without any prepayment penalty to secure the building that resides the masjid and the community cafe. Adam CC has a registered land contract to payoff the remaining loan amount to the lender. Please doante generously to payoff the interest free loan. Adam CC is a 501(c)(3) organization and is entirely dependent on your donation.
